See All ReviewsI love their tortillas, but the staff they have working in the front make me not want to return ever again. I paid with cash and the cashier aggressively snatched the bill from my hand as I was handing it to her and threw the change in the counter while mumbling something that i couldn’t comprehend. I’ve been there twice and both times the ladies in the front have been extremely disrespectful without a reason. I’ve asked others about their experience there and it’s never positive.
Sorry for the review but I found rat pop in my tortillas I would never buy again from this place
Keep your 👀 on the cashier! I have bought tortillas at this store many times since I moved to Conroe. They came highly recommended and I have to agree the tortillas are really good. Anyway ... this morning (05/08/2026) I had 40 bucks in 10 dollar bills. I bought a pack of taco shells and some tortillas. I paid the 7 and change with a $10 bill. She completed the transaction and counted back the correct change. The corn tortillas were being packaged right off the comal, I couldn't resist so I bought a pack and again pd w another $10. The cashier took the $10 and I, very briefly, turned my head to speak to a friend who was with me. I turned back and the cashier looked flustered and seemed to be having problems counting the change back to me. I smiled and told her it was ok and when she gave me my change . I opened my wallet and the other (2) $10 bills were gone. I looked on the floor y nada, I looked on the counter y nada. I thought maybe my memory was faulty, or I dropped them somewhere. My friend and I walked to my car looking to the ground y nada. My friend and I searched in the car, under the car, and nada. I decided took in the store one more time since we were the only customers there this whole time. If I dropped it then it would still be there. I walked and the tortilla maker lady asked if something was wrong. I told her about the $ and she quickly looks to the cashier. The cashier flushed red and walked back to the counter with her hand outstretched and hands me 2 rolled up $10 bills and said "oh yea YOU OVERPAID ME an extra $20." (They both watched me going nuts for atleast 10 mins looking for the $ and they said nothing!) . . So the tortilla packers and the cashier both knew what happened. Only they know how the cashier ended up with the money. Would you consider that stealing????? What do you think?
